Shipping
Unfortunately shipping rates are beyond the control of Ronda’s Quilt Creations. Calculations are done based on weight. Shipping can be combined, and orders over $200.00 is free with exceptions. Newfoundland, and the territories will be charged at a 50% off rate. Shipping is provided with Canada post, in the event you request FedEx, please contact the store at 1-613-885-9224.
Orders over 10kg may incur additional freight changes. Incremental fees will be billed based on our actual charges with customer agreement.
International shipping will be billed based on actually shipping rates.
Orders will be shipped from Canada Post within 3 business day of the order being received.
Local pickup – Once the order is ready, customer will be contacted to arrange pick up time
Return & Refund
All sales of cut yardage is final sale. Other products may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in “like-new” condition. Special Orders will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge. Any shipping on returns will be at the expense of the buyer. Please call 1-613-885-9224 for Return Authorization.
